Terms & conditions
These terms apply to every RosyApp membership and to all services coordinated by Rosy Connect.
1. Membership
Membership costs $250 CAD per year per household or business and is non-transferable. Membership gives you access to the RosyApp member portal, instant quotes and the Rosy Concierge team. Service costs are separate from the membership fee.
2. Quotes and bookings
Instant quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Rosy Concierge confirms a final quote before any service is booked. A quote is not a booking until you accept it in your portal or in writing with your coordinator.
3. Invoicing and payment
Invoices for booked services appear in your member portal. You may pay by Interac e-Transfer to concierge@rosyconnect.ca or authorize Rosy Connect to charge the credit card on file. Invoices are marked outstanding until payment is received and confirmed by the Rosy team.
4. Changes and cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a booked service. Late cancellations may be invoiced for costs already incurred on your behalf, such as third-party bookings or purchased goods.
5. Scope of services
Senior support is non-medical only. Property services are sourced and coordinated by Rosy Connect and performed by vetted third-party providers. Rosy Connect coordinates and oversees the work but is not the licensed trade for those services.
6. Access and privacy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses and access details you provide. Your personal information is used only to deliver and coordinate the services you request and is never sold.
7. Charitable donations
Rosy Connect donates 11% of the concierge service fee on every booked and paid service to the Canadian charity you select. Your portal shows a running summary of donations made because of your bookings.
